Paid Training Offered at San Antonio Cybersecurity School

New Cybersecurity School in San Antonio Offers Paid Training and Job Placement

NukuDo, a new cybersecurity school, has opened its doors in San Antonio, offering paid training, job placement, and continuing education for those looking to enter the fast-growing field. The school, a U.S. affiliate of Red Alpha based in Singapore, is located in the Geekdom coworking space on Houston Street.

Unlike traditional job training programs, NukuDo pays students $4,000 a month during their training and guarantees job placement for three years after completion. Dean Gefen, CEO of NukuDo and Red Alpha, emphasized the company’s commitment to investing in its students and providing them with valuable skills and experience.

Michael Blair, NukuDo’s managing director in San Antonio, highlighted the school’s private sector solution to the growing demand for cybersecurity professionals. With no public funds used to attract the company, NukuDo offers a unique opportunity for individuals to enter the industry without upfront costs.

The cybersecurity industry is experiencing significant growth, with a global workforce gap of about 4 million specialists. In the U.S. alone, over 500,000 cybersecurity positions remain unfilled, creating a high demand for trained professionals.

NukuDo’s innovative approach has already attracted thousands of applicants, with 15 students selected for the first cohort. The program, which includes hands-on training and industry certifications, prepares graduates for successful careers in cybersecurity.

San Antonio’s selection as the company’s headquarters over cities like New York and Tampa reflects the city’s commitment to supporting cyber firms. With ongoing education and job placement opportunities, NukuDo is poised to make a significant impact on the cybersecurity industry.

Applications for future cohorts are now open on NukuDo’s website, offering individuals a unique pathway to a rewarding career in cybersecurity.
